Filled with sand or whatever you want (not included), and then swing it, press it, squat with it, Turkish getup it or take it for a walk using the multiple handles

The Sandbag's bulky awkward shape, along with the movement of sand in the bag, is going to challenge you and develop true functional strength.

The Sandbag consists of a tough canvas type bag, with handles and two heavy-duty inners to protect the bag.  We suggest filling plastic bags with sand and including these in the inners in the Sandbag.  You can easily add or reduce the weight as required.
